Resolved. Original Review: June 27, 2024 Years ago, I engaged your firm with uncertain expectations, faced with a multitude of inquiries of varying complexities. However, the person assigned to assist me consistently struggled to provide clear answers, leading to exceptionally challenging and often unresponsive communication. I have repeatedly sought timely assistance from your firm to manage all issues and guide me through form submissions, but this has consistently fallen short. When your employee misunderstood something, the blame was unfairly placed on me. If I could have handled this independently, I would have done so. Unfortunately, our interactions have been marked by their refusal to listen, coupled with hostility and rudeness in every conversation. From my initial contact with your office, I was transparent about my overwhelming need for help. I anticipated communicating with someone who recognized my role as a client, rather than being treated as if I were deceitful, culpable, or blameworthy. If I made an error, it was their responsibility to inform me directly, a request I have reiterated over the years, knowing it would expedite resolution. Each attempt to contact your firm resulted in different individuals returning my calls, none adequately equipped to address my concerns. Additionally, during every conversation, I felt pressured to sign new contracts for various fees. Today, I was informed that work had been performed on my behalf without charge, only to then face accusations of dishonesty and communication negligence. Furthermore, I was threatened with an IRS investigation into alleged fraud due to frequent moves and housing changes prompted by my career.
