David Tax Law submitted an Offer in Compromise to “settle” for a lowered amount of debt to be paid in full to satisfy the entire $23,145.28 balance. J. David Tax Law offered $100 as the settlement and presented support to demonstrate this was the maximum our client could afford to pay, both now and in the future. The offer was reviewed by the IRS and was ultimately accepted, saving the client $23,045.28”
